Why isn’t the banking provider providing a name for my customer's account?

Article Endpoint: /v1/open-banking/accounts

The name or nickname field is only returned if it is present and returned by the bank, but even then, it's not necessarily the full name of your customer. 

We are building an account verification endpoint which will return the full legal name that the bank holds for the customer. This will be released in the near future.
