If you receive an error message after calling POST v1/oauth/token similar to this one:
"message": "An error occurred while processing your request. Get in touch with us and provide us your request id:”[ID]",
Make sure that the API secret and API client id credentials are:
- Inputted correctly
- Without any spaces
- Into the current value variable field in Postman
- Into the api_credentials_id and api_credentials_secret fields
