Firstly, thanks for submitting your feedback on the Merchant! We love feedback from our users, it's super valuable and really helps us to improve the app. To give you an idea of what to expect from here, below we've outlined in 3 steps, what happens to your feedback after you've sent it across.
Step 1. Someone at Bud will check your feedback to see what you have spotted and make sure that the logo and name represent the brand accurately.
Step 2. If something is incorrect with the merchant - a request is then made to our app team to update this data in our database - meanwhile, we get another team member to check it again to make sure that the change is right.
Step 3. Sure enough, after a couple of checks and some changes, the updates to the brand are made in our systems to reflect the Merchant correctly, with thanks to you!
This whole process can take a few days to a week depending on the changes being made so you can expect any amendments to be in the app the following week.
